Getting a great portrait is a really difficult thing to do. You have to coordinate expression, lighting, background, cropping....
While looking through a bunch of portrait pics I noticed that getting an honest expression is not easy to do. Most people pose when they see a camera. I chose all of these pics because they had such beautiful honest expressions.
Please visit my friends to see what they have curated for their "Weekend Eye Candy".

I know what you mean, I'm the queen of candid shots lol (ppl so don't like me for it)
Wow, they are all beautiful! Lovely smiles.
love your post, great photos and theme!
What a lovely and unusual Eye Candy Christine! I love this collection. My portrait is probably 4 years old and I love it. I should update it, but I'm afraid that I wouldn't look as pretty. And thin. Amazing how those danged chins grew without my noticing. ;-)
Great shots. I love the candid shots. It's amazing how quickly we stiffen up when the camera is pointed in our direction.
i love your weekend eye candy's. particularly the last one about "bokeh". def inspired. thanks. :)
