And on a total aside check out this beauty. I attempted a souffle about 3 or 4 years ago and failed miserably. This was my second attempt (clearly scared from the first since it took me that long to try again) and it turned out absolutely perfect! I took the picture on my phone so that's a little weird but hopefully you get the idea.

I know what you mean about listing new stuff! For me, the bottleneck is at the photography. With such a tiny house I need to take over a significant portion of the living room to set things up the way I like. I try and wait until I have about 6 hours worth of stuff to shoot so I can do it all at once. One of these days maybe I'll splurge on one of those nice, pro tent kits - then maybe I'll be able to shoot once every two weeks instead of once every three months!
